Super hero will be Dublin's mascot for Croker final
MOLLY McNALLY will lead Dublin out in the TG4 All-Ireland final against Cork on Sunday, September 28.
She is a remarkable young person. She was born on the 8/8/08 to parents, Emma and Gerry, and to sisters, Stephanie and Jill, and brother, James.
Just as she began school, Molly began to feel unwell. In October, 2013, she was diagnosed with cancer.
Ever since, she has been on a long and winding road of treatments and chemotherapy.
Yet through it all, she just keeps on smiling. "She never complained once," reveals Emma.
"We don't know what the future holds for Molly. We just want our little girl to grow up happy and healthy, and to enjoy life to the full."
Molly is getting world-class treatment at Crumlin and Our Lady of Lourdes Hospitals.
"We have every faith that she will get the all-clear, but we also have to be realistic and be prepared for the future.
"We might reach the point where she might need more treatment, and we will do anything to make sure she gets the best chance in life."
The family have set up the Molly McNally Trust. To donate please text Molly to 57802.
It will help to give this super hero a fighting chance. And that's all the family ask.
