Temp Head - With 12 days to go

With 12 days to go to the LSL kick off, clubs are reminded that the offices at Abbotstown will be open on Tuesday 6th August and Wednesday 7th August from 7pm to 9pm. This is to enable clubs to register players etc. Please use this to avoid delays later.

The opening meeting of the season takes place on Thursday 8th August at Morans Red Cow Hotel at 7.30pm. New secretaries' handbooks will be available at the opening meeting.

As per rule forms etc will no longer be accepted at committee members homes. Forms will only be accepted at the league offices or registered post, with the appropriate fee. No fee, no play. A player cannot play unless the form is stamped at the LSL offices, no exceptions. Incorrectly filled in forms or forms without the correct fee will be returned.

FEES: Joe Chester reminds clubs that no club with financial matters outstanding will be allocated fixtures until the matter is cleared up.

As we begin a new season we ask all players, managers, and supporters to respect each other and match officials and enjoy the season.

TICKETS: Clubs requiring tickets for Ireland's must-win game v Sweden should contact Joe Chester without delay. All requests/enquiries to: LSL PO Box 9422 Dublin 6w.

FAI Referee beginners course in the Dublin region will be held on 31st August and 1st September at the Oscar Traynor Centre in Coolock from 9.30am to 5.30pm. Cost: €75 (inc €25 reg fee). Contact John Feighery: feigheryjohn@eircom.net.
