Spurs' sights firmly set on the Gunners
HARRY REDKNAPP easily dismissed the suggestion that he'd go into tonight's Europa League tie at home to Shamrock Rovers with "one eye" on Sunday's Premier League tie with Arsenal, writes AIDAN FITZMAURICE.
"I have two eyes on that one," he admitted in response to the question, a clear indication that a meeting with the Dublin side at White Hart Lane tonight is not high on his list of priorities.
So he will make sweeping changes to the team for Rovers' visit with up to eight new faces from the side which beat Wigan in their last game.
"I'm not looking to play too many of the players who will play against Arsenal on Sunday to be honest.
"I did it in the other games, and it worked for us, so I don't want to risk too many. I won't throw too many of those boys in tonight if I can help it.
"We have lads coming back from injury who will play tonight, like Danny Rose, Aaron Lennon, Steven Pienaar, Sebastien Bassong, Roman Pavlyuchenko and maybe Jake Livermore, Giovanni Dos Santos.
"So it's still a strong side."
