Rosicky Czechs out of Irish game due to injury

ARSENAL star Tomas Rosicky has been forced to pull out of the Czech Republic squad for Wednesday's friendly international against Ireland in Dublin.

The midfielder was due to be a key figure for Michal Bilek's side in their clash with Ireland but Rosicky picked up an injury during his club's stunning Premier League win over Tottenham yesterday, and has been replaced by Slovan Liberec man Jiri Stajner.

Earlier, the Czechs had replaced defender Roman Hubnik with Viktoria Plzen man David Limbersky.
