O'Hanlon puts seal on priceless Saints fightback

Josh O'Hanlon sealed the deal as St Patrick's Athletic came from behind to beat crisis-hit Bray Wanderers and ease their relegation fears.

The Seagulls took the lead on 36 minutes against the run of play through Gary McCabe and were still ahead at the break, but the Saints fought back with three second-half goals to record a second victory on the bounce.

Conan Byrne levelled in the 52nd minute and Christy Fagan made it 2-1 five minutes later before O'Hanlon wrapped up the scoring in stoppage-time.

Meanwhile, Bohemians were sunk by Barry McNamee's first-half goal as 10-man visitors Derry City climbed above Bray into third place.

Derry dominated from the outset and spurned several clear-cut chances before McNamee broke the deadlock on 38 minutes , volleying home after Ronan Curtis' shot was parried by Bohs keeper Shane Supple.

Bohs brought on fit-again striker Ismahil Akinade after the break and he did cause the Derry defence some problems - he drew the professional foul that resulted in Aaron Barry's red card five minutes from time - but the Candystripes held on with few real alarms.

It was Bohs' third defeat on the bounce, and results elsewhere leave them looking nervously over their shoulder.
