Madden on transfer list
PADDY MADDEN'S future at Yeovil Town is in doubt after the Championship strugglers placed him on the transfer list.
The former Bohemians man played a major part in Yeovil's success in winning promotion to the Championship last season and was the leading scorer in League One. That form led to an international call-up as Madden made his senior Ireland debut against Wales in August.
But the 23-year-old has struggled for form in the Championship with Yeovil this season and he also had a falling out with manager Gary Johnson.
Madden returned to the side after a spell out in the cold – for their league clash with Wigan two weeks ago – but was left on the bench for their most recent game, last week's defeat to Doncaster Rovers.
And now the club has confirmed he has been placed on the transfer list. Yeovil paid just £25,000 for Madden when they signed him from Carlisle United last year.
