LVG moves to finalise move for Dutch ace

LOUIS Van Gaal will try to tie up the deals Manchester United need to save their season before the transfer window closes, with moves for Daley Blind (above) and Radamel Falcao on the way.

United have confirmed that they have agreed a fee of £14 million for Blind and the Dutch star is due to arrive for a medical at Old Trafford today.

And Javier Hernandez could join Shinji Kagawa in leaving Old Trafford, as the Mexican is being lined up for a loan move to Real Madrid.

Kagawa completed his return to Borussia Dortmund over the weekend.

Saturday's scoreless draw against Burnley underlined the problems facing van Gaal at the club and he will ask the board to sanction a deal for Blind and Falcao.

But Monaco are dealing with a number of offers for Falcao and United will need to move quickly to land the star striker before the window closes.

Real are close to finalising a one-season loan deal for Hernandez, which would see him join international team-mate James Rodriguez in Spain.
