It's the real Ireland v Armenia battle as Georgia eyes Kim's celeb crown

FANS of Armenia's most famous export -- Kim Kardashian -- are hoping the star will be on a losing streak tonight.

As Giovanni Trapattoni's green army take on Armenia at the Aviva Stadium, off the pitch our top model wants to take on the country's best known media star.

Georgia Salpa has revealed that she wants to keep up with the Kardashians as Armenia invades Dublin.

The Dublin model admits that Kim is her idol, but she want to go head-to-head with the E Network star to become a global name.

Both beauties have appeared in hit reality series -- Kim in the fly-on-the-wall Keeping up with the Kardashians, and Georgia starring in TV3's Celebrity Salon earlier this year.

And the 26-year-old Dubliner is taking another leaf out of her idol's book, as she sets her sights on becoming one of Ireland's biggest ever exports to rival Kim (30) in fashion, beauty and fundraising.

"I admire her because she's managed to do so much -- she's just famous for being famous and has created an empire, it's amazing," the AR model told the Herald.

"It's really nice when people say I look like Kim, I consider it a huge compliment. I think she's cool, a real woman who has a business head. I'm addicted to her show as well"

Last week, it was announced that Georgia is gearing up to launch her own line of dresses for fashion website, iclothing.

Los Angeles-based Kim has co-designed a number of fashion and accessories lines with her sisters Kourtney and Khloe and it appears Georgia is following suit in a number of areas.

"I'm really into fashion, I don't know what kind of clothing I'll design yet, my style changes with my mood. I have four wardrobes packed full of clothes and I'm a shopaholic, I'm obsessed," she revealed, adding that while she does buy some expensive items from Brown Thomas, she is also a keen follower of Zara and Penneys.

But recently-married Kim has already seen massive success with three signature fragrances -- raking in up to $50m.

Georgia has yet to reveal any news of a dedicated perfume -- although, she hasn't ruled out the idea: "I'd love to release my own fragrance some day," she said.

Both are self-confessed shopping addicts and the opposing sides admit to harbouring a love of Louboutins.

"I have one whole wardrobe just for my shoes alone and I've five pairs of Louboutins -- I adore them," Georgia confessed.
