It's brave or bust: Klopp
Liverpool v Man City, Live Sky Spts (Tom, KO 4.30)
Jurgen Klopp has told his Liverpool side to be "brave" when they face Manchester City in tomorrow's top of the table clash at Anfield.
The Reds can go nine points clear of the reigning champions if they can win at Anfield on what is bound to be an emotional day for the club.
Dubliner Seán Cox will visit Anfield for the first time since he suffered that horrific attack before a game at home to Roma last year. "When it happened to Seán it was the lowest point for me in my whole time at Liverpool," said Klopp, who hopes to speak to Cox before the game.
And is is keen for his side to show their attacking threat in the clash with City while also showing their defensive steel, City due to be without first-choice keeper Ederson.
"You cannot be only offensive. But if you are not brave against Man City then you have no chance, not even for a point, so we have to be brave as well," says Klopp.
"You have to create. Your positioning must be nearly perfect, protection must be perfect. Movements, different ideas."
Pep Guardiola says he has faith in back-up keeper Claudio Bravo: "I know how good a keeper he is."
