MICK McCarthy will have to cope without his Irish contingent tonight as Ipswich Town try to close in on automatic promotion.

Fourth-placed Ipswich take on Birmingham City at Portman Road but David McGoldrick and the Hunt brothers will miss the tie due to injury.

"Didz isn't fit and won't be involved. Stephen Hunt still isn't fit and of course we will be without his brother Noel, who will be out for some time with a knee injury," said McCarthy.

Meanwhile, Sheffield Wednesday hope they can field Keiren Westwood against Millwall tonight. He was sent off against Derby last weekend but the Owls have appealed and hope that Westwood will be cleared to face David Forde and keep his ever-present status.
