Hughton: Fahey on top form

CHRIS HUGHTON believes that Ireland star Keith Fahey is really hitting form with Birmingham City.

"In last few game he has been outstanding," said Hughton as Fahey scored in City's midweek win over Barnsley. "I was pleased even more for him because of the goal. And I think he can get more because he is a good striker of the ball.

"I think he is enjoying playing in that central role and he's enjoying the development he's had there all season."

Foley signs for Limerick

LIMERICK FC have completed the signing of former Ireland international Dominic Foley.

And Limerick boss Pat Scully has also snapped up winger Derek O'Brien from Cork City ahead of the 2012 Division One campaign.

Foley (35) has been based in Belgium since leaving Bohemians in 2005, lining out for Gent and Cercle Bruges.
