Hendrick boost for Derby
DERBY County expect that Ireland international Jeff Hendrick will be fit to rejoin the Rams squad for tonight's Championship clash with Bournemouth.
The 22-year-old has missed Derby's last five games with a shoulder injury but he's ahead of schedule in his recovery and could make an appearance against the Cherries this evening. "Jeff has trained," said Rams boss McClaren. "It is a little bit early for him to play but he might be on the bench which is great news."
Meanwhile, Nottingham Forest have allowed Irish winger Stephen McLaughlin go out on loan with Notts County to gain first team experience.
The former Finn Harps and Derry City player has made five first-team appearances for Forest this season, most recently in their League Cup defeat to Tottenham, but Forest manager Stuart Pearce is keen for Donegal lad McLaughlin to get more games and has agreed a loan deal with League One side County.
