Celtic to find a Way' past Broadford

The new-look Herald Metropolitan Cup kicks off tomorrow and for the first time all four intermediate divisions will be taking part in the LSL's most prestigious competition.

All 56 intermediate sides will get a taste of Metro magic this season as the competition gets bigger and better than ever. Holders Wayside Celtic kick off their defence with a home clash against Broadford Rovers, who sit two leagues below their Jackson Park hosts.

Normally this would be a home banker, but Celtic's stuttering start and early exit from the Intermediate Cup casts a shadow across the famous club's season.

Rovers will look to expose the cracks in Wayside's fragile confidence and produce one of the shocks of the first round.
