Welsh can tame Rose

WHAT England have that Ireland do not is the kind of pack that can grind the enemy into the dirt and keep them there.

And that could be just the right approach to subdue Wales

They also have the wrecking ball presence of Manu Tuilagi in the centre. He will force the Welsh midfield to contemplate someone doing to them what they take such delight in doing to others.

For all that, Wales have a coherence and fluidity in attack that is light years removed from the plodding play of England.

They also possess a thundering rush defence that can put the best ball players in two minds and England do not have many of those.
