Wales' Hook hopes to be perfect ten

JAMES HOOK will reclaim the Wales number 10 shirt tonight after a two-year absence when Tonga provide the reigning Six Nations champions' latest autumn opposition.

It will be the 28-year-old's final November appearance this season, as he can not play in next week's clash against Australia, and he is determined to make the most of it.

"I have had a bit of experience the last couple of weeks coming off the bench (against South Africa and Argentina), but it's going to be nice to start against Tonga," he said. "You do get frustrated at times, but you have to keep your head and keep working."
