Shiels is the only change

Coach Tom Tierney would have been heartened by victory over England as they play improving Wales, who have also beaten them (13-0) in Swansea on Sunday at noon.

The only alteration comes in the centre where Jackie Shiels steps up for the injured Katie Fitzhenry as the Irish bid to keep their championship hopes on track.
