Ravenhill regulars to drive Ulster

Ulster v Aironi, Ravenhill, Tonight (KO 7.05) -- TG4 & BBC 2 NI

THE deep-throated 'Ravenhill Roar' will surely drive Ulster to the five points they badly need in what is becoming a real scramble for the top four places.

Coach Brian McLaughlin will want to go out with a bang. His players owe him that much. Glasgow are one point ahead in fourth, the Ospreys three ahead in third. But, just as significantly, the Scarlets are level on points with them.

On current form, Ulster have picked up more points (24) than any other club in the last six matches. This provides undoubted momentum.

The All Whites have lost just once since December and have beaten Aironi on their seven previous meetings. The Italians have not won away yet. This is not likely to change tonight.

Verdict: Ulster
