Munster and Blues in line for B&I scrap

Leinster and Munster could be on a semi-final collision course in the British & Irish Cup semi-final, depending on how next Sunday's draw falls.

The Leinster understudies completed a positive weekend for the club when they whitewashed Welsh Premiership foes Pontypridd 32-0 at Donnybrook yesterday.

Centre Brendan Macken grabbed a brace and openside Conor Gilsenan and wing Darren Hudson also got in on the act to set up a possible Irish semi-final, following Munster's 20-9 defeat of the Ulster Ravens at Ravenhill on Friday night.
