Sharapova all about revenge
TENNIS: Maria Sharapova was set to embark on a revenge mission for the second time in three days this morning as she was due to take on Victoria Azarenka in the final of the Australian Open.
Sharapova reached the title-decider with a three-set victory over Petra Kvitova, avenging her loss to the Czech in last year's Wimbledon final. With Azarenka also having won in their past two outings in which a trophy was at stake, Sharapova is eager to put the record straight.
"She's a really good player and I haven't had great success against her in the last couple of events," said the Russian. "I'd really like to change that."

Meyer, who takes over from Peter de Villiers, coached the Blue Bulls to Super 14 glory in 2007.

The 24-year-old had earlier said in a statement that he would be moving on from manager Warren's stable. However, his management company said: "We have seen the press reports in which James DeGale states that he is to split from manager Frank Warren. This is not true; James DeGale is under contract until 14 April 2013."
