Prescott takes on McCloskey

Tomorrow night's bill at the Odyssey is fascinating on many levels. One man who'll be keeping a close eye on proceedings is Amir Khan who's not keen on meeting Breidis Prescott again. So the chances are, following his annoyance at his last bout being stopped by a cut, Paul McCloskey will get another crack at the WBA and IBF light welterweight champion sooner rather than later.

Damian Taggart has his seventh pro bout against light welterweight Sid Razak, who has an astonishing record of 6-69-0.

Barry McGuigan protege Carl Frampton could claim a super bantamweight Commonwealth title against Mark Quon.

Nicolai Firtha (20-8-1), from Akron, Ohio, has been named as Tyson Fury's opponent for tomorrow week in Belfast.

Martin Rogan will meet Panamanian Luis Andreas Pineda (22-10-1), on October 27, at the Odyssey, to decide the destination of the vacant WBU heavyweight title.

Pineda, who has won 18 of his 22 wins by knock-out, has moved up from cruiserweight.
