Ogilvy opener for Harrington
Pádraig Harrington will take on Australia's Geoff Ogilvy in the first round of the WGC Accenture Match Play Championship in Marana, Arizona this week after the draw was formally announced.
Last weekend, Harrington's prospects of a first win on American soil since his US PGA championship victory of 2008, expired with a lacklustre four-over par 75 on Saturday.
Harrington finished the Northern Trust Open in Los Angeles with a one-over par 72 (two finish two-over). The event was won by Australian Aaron Baddeley on 12-under.
Graeme McDowell, meanwhile will face the USA's Heath Slocum, while his good friend, Rory McIlroy, will take on another American, Jonathon Byrd, in the opening round which starts on Wednesday.
World number one Lee Westwood is the top seed for the elite 64-player event, and will meet Henrik Stenson in the first round.
Germany's world number two Martin Kaymer, third-ranked Tiger Woods and triple Masters champion Phil Mickelson are the top seeds in the other three groups.
Kaymer will launch his campaign against emerging South Korean talent Noh Seung-yul.
Woods, a three-times winner of the Match Play event, starts out against Denmark's Thomas Bjorn while left- hander Mickelson takes on Australian Brendan Jones in Wednesday's first round at Dove Mountain's Ritz-Carlton Golf Club.
