'Bell aim to go clear

SENIOR DIVISION

BLUEBELL UNITED v PHOENIX

The Nix will be looking to rebound back from their Intermediate Cup disappointment by putting a dent in United's title hopes at the Red Cow tomorrow. The 'Bell can go four points clear of Crumlin at the top and they should catch a Nix side still licking their wounds from last weekend.

Verdict: Bluebell Utd.

FIRHOUSE CLOVER v WAYSIDE CELTIC

If Firhouse can win their three games in hand they can go to within three points of the top two. Big if, though, and any ambitions to be slugging it out for title could perish against a Wayside still pushing for a top three finish. Firhouse have surprised many, but will not surprise Wayside.

Verdict: Draw.

MOUNT MERRION v ARKLOW TOWN

This is the proverbial relegation six pointer. A win for either side will put a buffer between themselves and the drop zone, defeat and sharks will continue to circle. Town showed they have the fight, but Merrion should have the skill.

Verdict: Mount Merrion.
