McGuigan purrs over Frampton
Barry McGuigan is happy with the class shown by his super bantamweight protege Carl Frampton in forcing a fourth round stoppage of his Commonwealth title bout with Mark Quon last week.
"People are beginning to get it about this kid," says Barry. "He can do special things. I believe he can beat any of the guys out there.
"He's the best kid I've seen in the weight division in 30 years. He's got incredible ability.
"Scott Quigg, who fights Jason Booth for a British title in October, was at ringside.
"He's interested. We're happy to fight any of these guys."
