Big names in Naas for preview of Festival

THE Evening Herald's Niall Cronin and Katie Walsh will be looking ahead to the Cheltenham Festival in Kavanagh's, Naas tonight (7.30) along with Paul Carberry, Jessica Harrington, Matt Chapman of At The Races and Boylesports' Leon Blanche.

All proceeds from the preview will be for cancer research and entry for the event is €15, which includes a €10 free bet courtesy of Boylesports along with a free ticket to the Punchestown Festival.

An auction on the night will feature a signed pair of Ruby Walsh's breeches, a limited edition Arkle print and a signed Ireland soccer jersey, while the raffle prizes include tickets to the Irish Grand National, and Naas Racecourse.
