Tipperary's feature race today is the Go Racing Student Society Handicap Hurdle and the €16,000 heat has attracted a nice competitive field.

Cases could be made for many, including Gordon Elliott's recent Ballinrboe winner Acronym and the light weighted Sam King for Ted Walsh but BAY HILL (6.45, Tipperary) can take the honours here.

The eight-year-old was a somewhat unlucky loser at the Punchestown Festival when finishing third to English raider Musical Slave but he would appear much likely to defy his 3lbs rise for that than the difficult to trust Acronym will handle his 6lb penalty.

While that is the feature event on the card, once again racegoers will be treated to a good bumper with 10 mares going to post for the concluding Racing Again June 14th Mares Flat Race.

Willie Mullins runs BOTANI (8.20, Tipperary) here and she is NAP material.

The five-year-old was fourth to the classy Santa Rossa last season and the runner-up of that race is a recent winner. Botani herself does have a penalty but a repeat of her 23-length success at Kilbeggan leaves her with a good chance in this decent race.

Joseph O'Brien and Shane Shortall combined with a winner at Wexford yesterday and STRONGHOLD (5.50, Tipperary) can get that duo off to a good start today over in Tipperary.

Luckless when getting brought down at Killarney last time out, Stronghold can open his account over hurdles at this time of asking.

UNDER THE CLOCK (5.40, Tipperary) might have found a nice opportunity to score for Niall Madden who has the trainers son and namesake onboard. This horse ran well behind Scotch Quay last time.
