Ratoath blocking Dubs path

BEATEN 2011 finalists Ratoath College are the last barrier to the FAI Schools Leinster Junior Boys Cup ending up in the capital this year.

The Meath secondary school are the only non-Dublin side in the last four.

Debut-season coach David Walsh will look to lead the side into the final when they come up against Killinarden Community School.

A brace from Jay Tindell coupled with goals from Ben Newe and Keith McCabe helped Ratoath to a quarter-final win over St Paul's, Raheny.

In the other semi-final, Clondalkin's St Kevin's College will face St Benildus College, after recently winning the senior competition.
