Dub fans offered match deal

THE Dublin County Board have announced ticketing details for the upcoming Spring Series, consisting of five Croke Park games all featuring the Dublin senior footballers.

A five-match package will be priced at €50 for adults and €15 for juveniles for both stand and Hill 16 tickets while single game tickets will cost €13/€5 for adults and juveniles respectively.

The Dublin hurlers feature on one of the bills, on March 16 when they take on Limerick in Division 1B of the Allianz Hurling League while Dublin's clash with Cork on February 2 will be preceded by Kildare's NFL meeting with All-Ireland champions, Donegal.

On the same night, the GAA will begin celebrations of Croke Park's centenary and will mark the occasion with a display of pageantry and pyrotechnics. Although the ground existed prior to 1913, it was in that year that the deeds to the property were handed over to the GAA and Croke Park are planning a series of events to celebrate its 100th anniversary.
