ALAN BROGAN could be in line to make his Dublin playing comeback when the Sky Blues face Galway in a senior football challenge in Skerries next Sunday.

The 2011 Footballer of the Year has rejoined Jim Gavin’s panel in the past week, ending seven months of speculation about his future inter-county intentions.

Not surprisingly, Brogan wasn’t involved in Sunday’s NFL semi-final win over Monaghan; nor is he likely to be rushed back for the Division One final against Cork on Sunday week.

In the interim, however, the 33-year-old three-time All Star could feature against Galway, in a match to mark the official opening of Skerries Harps’ new clubhouse (throw-in 2.0).

“Possibly yeah, we’ll have a look at it,” said Gavin. “We’ve a few tired bodies there, so we’ll pick a team accordingly for it.”
