WHITEHALL are celebrating a notable footballing double - the U15A Shield and the U15 Division 3 title.
They won the league without losing a match, winning 13 and drawing one. They had seven points to spare over their nearest challengers in the table, Naomh Olaf and Raheny.
Remarkably, the Whitehall points difference was a staggering plus 243.
It was by far the most impressive scoring difference in the league.
Colmcille's combined excellent defending with bright, attacking play.
"We then followed the league success up by beating a very good Na Fianna team in the Shield final by point," explains Mick McGuinness.
On their way to that final, they defeated Scoil Uí Chonaill and Thomas Davis.
"It was a great year. And the club also reached the U15A Hurling Championship final, so they are a very talented group all-round," adds Mick.
