p BORD GáIS ENERGY LADIES NFL: Dublin secured their second win in the NFL yesterday when they defeated Leinster rivals Meath on the score line of 0-10 to 0-7, images from this fixture can be viewed on GAApics.com.

Sinéad Aherne was the top-scoring for the Jackies hitting five points, including three from frees.

This coming Sunday Dublin play host to reigning NFL Division 1 champions Cork.

This exciting clash pitting the 2010 and the 2011 All-Ireland champions against each other will take place in Páirc Uí Murchú, Ballyboden St Enda's, home ground with a 2pm throw in time.

Admission is Adults €8, Students/Senior Citizens €4 and Under-16s free please come along and cheer on the girls in blue.

p GRAB YOUR WHISTLE, NEW REFEREES COURSE: A referees course aimed at recruiting new referees to Ladies football will take place this coming weekend Saturday and Sunday (February 18/19) from 10am -4pm in Round Tower's GAA club, Clondalkin.

The course fee is €20 which includes lunch for both days; participants must be 16 years of age and over.

Well done to all 26 participants who completed their GYW course in St Peregrine's last weekend under the watchful of LGFA tutor, Ms Eileen Jones.

p COUNTY BOARD MEETING: February County Board meeting will take place tonight @ 7:30pm sharp in Parnell Park. A special meeting of the County Board will take place on Saturday, February 18 @ 2pm in Le Chéíle, Donnycarney Community Centre this meeting will deal with all team gradings for the 2012 season.
