Arsenal are readying a €25million (£21.3million) bid for Juventus midfielder Arturo Vidal, according to The Express.
The box-to-box midfielder is currently at the Copa America with hosts Chile and is highly rated within the Emirates.
And Spanish news outlet Fichajes.net is claiming Arsene Wenger will try to sign the midfielder this summer.
The website suggests that Vidal's international team-mate Alexis Sanchez has been trying to persuade the Juve man to join him at the Emirates.
As if the Emirates faithful didn't love Sanchez enough already.
Juventus though have already lost Carlos Tevez this summer, and will do all they can to hold onto one of their most prized assets.
Arsenal are also planning a bid for Borussia Dortmund forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, according to The Metro.
Aubameyang scored 16 goals and claimed six assists in the Bundesliga last season, as well as notching against Arsenal in a 2-0 win for Dortmund in the Champions League.
And The Metro claims that the Gunners are prepared to pay £28.4 million to sign the striker this summer.
But, Dortmund's sporting director, Michael Zorc, claims the club have intention of selling.
Zorc said: "[We are] not interested in selling Aubameyang."
Elsewhere, it's being reported that Morgan Schneiderlin will join Manchester United, instead of Arsenal.
The Mirror claims that the emergence of Francis Coquelin has seen Wenger lose interest in the player.
Earlier in the summer, Arsenal had been the frontrunners to sign the Frenchman, but the situation appears to have changed.
Schneiderlin says he hopes a deal will be concluded in the next week.
Meanwhile, The Guardian claims Arsenal and Manchester United will do battle for Napoli striker Gonzalo Higuain.
