Tiggy Wiggy and Anthem Alexander will do battle in the Connolly's Red Mills Cheveley Park Stakes and it is hard to argue with the bookmakers reading of the race which sees Tiggy Wiggy as the 11/10 favourite and Anthem Alexander next best at 4/1.
The six furlongs at Newmarket will prove a different prospect for Tiggy Wiggy and while she probably will just shade this, expect Anthem Alexander to finish an awful lot closer than when they met last time in the Lowther Stakes.
There is undoubtedly more to come from Anthem Alexander in the future and she's an exciting prospect for connections and it would be astonishing if she didn't finish in the first two - at that she may well prove to be an each-way bet to nothing.
Also at Newmarket tomorrow is the incredibly competitive Cambridgeshire for which 35 runners will lineup in front of the starter and for another big Saturday Pat Smullen has been called up for another big ride as he rides Richard Fahey's Gabrial's Kaka who wouldn't be without a chance in the race and may belie his odds of 20/1.
However, a horse who also looks overpriced and would be the tentative selection on this occasion is the William Haggas-trained Queensberry Rules.
The 16/1 shot has the added boost of Ryan Moore on his back and the four-year-old son of Teofilo comes into the race after only getting a 6lb hike from the handicapper for winning a similarly competitive 10-furlong contest at York last month.
On Sunday at the Curragh, it looks likely that Boylesports' current 16/1 third favourite for next year's Epsom Derby, Ol' Man River, will head the line-up in the Group Two Beresford Stakes.
Set to attract a lot of attention on Sunday is Forgotten Rules, who will put his unbeaten record on the line in the Listed Loughbrown Stakes.
Forgotten Rules, intriguingly, is currently in ante-post lists for both the Cheltenham Festival Supreme Novices' Hurdle and the Ascot Gold Cup.
