Electric Picnic 2008 in pictures
Festival goers may have been camping out, but that didn't mean they left their sense of style at home, as we can see with this fetching pair of fashionable wellies.
This year's Electric Picnic also featured a series of events for children including fairy wand and wing making classes, juggling workshops and face painting.
Sinead O'Connor was among the home-grown talent performing at Electric Picnic.
The singer told fans during her performance that she wasn't pregnant- just fat.
Singers and groups performed on 10 separate stages across the festival site and included burlesque dancers and drag queens.
The Thisispopbaby tent was decorated with a large inflatable baby and blown up legs. Drag queens performed in the unusually designed tent.
Michelin star chef Dylan McGrath pictured in action on the cooking stage.
Fans weren't the only ones sporting designer wellies. Dancers performing with Spearhead also had their own take on the footwear favoured by festival goers.
Singer Beth Ditto belts out a tune on the main stage.
One of the festival's more unusual stage designs.
Singers and performers strutted their stuff in front of an estimated 30,00 fans.
