WHEN you play to more than 80,000 people at Croke Park, you have definitely hit the big time.
Danny O'Donoghue this weekend recalled the journey from when his dad used to sell sandwiches outside GAA headquarters on Jones Road during big match days as he attempted to become a household name.
The Script have gone from those initial days of playing in front of 63 people in the Sugar Club to 80,000 tonight.
A long path but a sweet one nonetheless. Long may there be many more big concerts for the Script.
