Rachel Dolezal of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People came to public attention in the US after her parents stated that she was a white woman posing as black. She's tried to explain it away but there's no doubt about it - she attempted an almost unbelievable deception.
JOCKEYS are the bravest of the brave and young Limerick man Brian Toomey proves it. He sustained horrific injuries in a fall in Perth in 2013, had part of his skull removed and was in hospital for 157 days. He recovered and has now been granted a jump jockey's licence. What an incredible recovery. I wish him all the best.
