UNEMPLOYED individuals are undertaking a second 'Work Analysis Programme' at the Institute of Technology Blanchardstown (ITB), which was developed to help match people to their ideal type of work or training course.
Some 25 were on the first programme which lasted six weeks and there are already 13 on the waiting list for the next. The programme is funded from The Dormant Accounts (Educational Disadvantage) Fund.
The course is open to everyone, aged over 23 years, who is unemployed and not currently involved in education. ITB said the programme includes skills in the area of sales and communication, office skills, presentation, career guidance and college guidance.
