A NEW €250,000 fund specifically for women entrepreneurs aims to stimulate high potential business start-ups.
The move is part of a drive to increase the number of women running innovative, export-orientated firms.
The Female Entrepreneurship Competitive Feasibility Fund's focus is on developing new businesses that can move beyond the domestic market.

Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, Richard Bruton said that in Ireland we currently have a relatively low level of female entrepreneurs.
