"I've literally just got the keys and we're very excited," she said.
"We needed a base here so it's a big day."
The model-turned-fashion blogger has been making her mark in broadcasting of late and is currently filming her new RTE series Wild Girls.
"I've met women who are MMA fighters and was impressed by the level of work they put into their sport. You need a serious amount of discipline and dedication to do what they do," she said.
For another episode of the show, Vogue comes face to face with prostitutes.
"[The show] is called Playgirls and making it has been great fun and sometimes really quite bizarre," she said.
"I met a female sex worker and interviewed a male escort as well. We went to spanking classes in London and a couple of other crazy things like that."
