Ulster to open longer

ULSTER Bank has extended the opening hours in its main branches in a move to prove further commitment to Irish customers.

The bank revealed that from September 7, branches will open on weekdays from 9.30am to 4.30am with the exception of Wednesday.

Each of Ulster Bank's main branches will be open for 180 extra hours per year, providing almost an additional 25,000 hours of branch banking for customers in the Republic.

Mike Bamber, Chief Executive, Retail Markets at Ulster Bank, said that they wanted to improve the level of service to their customers.
