Three people were killed and three others wounded when at least two gunmen opened fire as partygoers left a California warehouse.
The gunmen started shooting as a group of people walked out of the building around 1.20am yesterday, San Leandro police said.
Three people were pronounced dead at the scene -- one was reported to be a 19-year-old girl.
At least 100 people attended the party, which had been advertised on the internet and would have required a permit which had not been applied for, investigators said.
No arrests have been made, and police have not determined a motive.

sells for ¤120k
As far as private islands go, New York City's Rat Island is not exactly luxurious. It is really just a pile of rocks that once housed quarantined typhoid patients.
But the island has sold at auction for $160,000 (f120,000). Estate agent Ozzie Crisalli said he did not know what the buyer had planned for it.
Rat Island, off City Island in the Bronx, boasts 360-degree views of the water and measures about two and a half acres.
