SuperValu own brand

SUPERMARKET group SuperValu has launched its own-brand range as part of a €20m investment.

The company said there are more than 1,500 products in its line-up and it is the biggest launch in SuperValu's history. The firm is seeing a 10pc year-on-year sales increase in its own brand, which is 33pc cheaper than branded equivalents.
