It's the final countdown for the thousands of people in training for the largest one-day adventure race of its kind in the world.
The Gaelforce West event involves cycling, running, hiking and kayaking stretching out over 67km, and it will be held on August 18.
Bookings are still being taken for those who would like to take part in it.
Gaelforce ambassador Gerry Duffy, who is well known for completing 32 marathons in 32 days, will be among the 2,000 people who will be taking part in the event.
He told the Herald that the Gaelforce events are not just for hardened outdoor fitness enthusiasts.
He added: "Almost everybody finishes, and if they don't, it is usually an injury that prevents them."
