Stars turn out for 'fixer' Ray's series premiere
THE second series of tense 'fixer' drama Ray Donovan is almost on our screens.
But last night the stars turned out to catch a glimpse of the exclusive premiere.
Jon Voight and Liev Schreiber led the cast on the red carpet including Ambyr Childers and Paula Malcomson.
Ray Donovan is the fictional character that Hollywood stars call to 'fix' their problems, before the media or police learn about them.
But as season one revealed, Ray has his own personal problems to sort.
Naomi Watts' partner Schreiber plays a brooding, vengeful brute while his hapless ex-con Irish mob father Mickey is portrayed by Voight.
Ambyr Childers who played the role of a child star under the protection of Ray looked decidedly more grown-up in a classic white dress with a slashed hemline which she paired with daring orange shoes.
Meanwhile, Northern Irish actress Paula Malcomson, who plays Ray's wife Abby, was much more conservative in a black dress which she paired with red shoes at at Nobu Malibu on in Malibu, California.
Paula said that the second series will expand on the other characters aside from Ray.
"Well, you know, the first season really centred around Ray, but going into the second season, the characters (will be) spinning out a little, working on their own little agendas," she said.
She also said John Voight was an "inventive, loose and free" actor to work with.
