Selling brand Ireland

TOURISM chiefs have revamped Ireland's tourism website which will now roll out in 30 markets in 11 different languages.

Tourism Ireland today launched Ireland.com, the new international website for tourism, and marks a complete redevelopment of Tourism Ireland's online presence.

There is now a catalogue of over 1,700 impressive images of Ireland, less crowded pages and much greater ease of navigation.

The tourism promotion board has ramped up social media connections and sharing tools which will spread the messages globally. Tourism Ireland's website attracted almost 12m unique visitors last year, this means an estimated 1bn social connections are addressable through visitors to Ireland.com.
