Profits rise at McAfee
CORK-BASED security software maker McAfee recorded a 52pc jump in pre-tax profits during the year.
The US-owned firm listed profits at €21m, according to accounts. The company's staff costs last year increased by 15pc, from €7.4m to €8.5m.
The company is currently in the process of a $7.68bn (€5.6bn) takeover by Intel and has a number of subsidiaries in Ireland.
