No big fat Greek wedding as model Georgia to wed here

GEORGIA Salpa may be half Greek - but she'll be booking one of Ireland's top venues for her wedding.

The sultry beauty (29) has been scouting around some of our five-star locations as she gears up to tie the knot with fiancé Joe Penna.

And despite paying a visit to her father in his native Greece earlier this month, the Gibralter-based model said that Ireland will definitely be the location for her dream wedding.

"We've been looking at venues in Ireland. Nothing's been confirmed yet but we're just taking it at our own pace," she said.

"We haven't set a date yet but we've been looking at venues here."

Last year, her British businessman fiancé got down on bended knee and popped the question.

Georgia is now back with Andrea Roche's agency as she keeps a foot in the Irish modelling scene.

She flew back home to promote the Cadbury Starbar 'No Nuts No Glory' competition which gives one lucky winner the chance to hang out with Georgia, Rozanna Purcell and Karena Graham in Dublin, London and Abu Dhabi.

And she expressed her sympathy to new Miss Ireland Jessica Hayes, who was targeted by trolls in the wake of her win.

PEOPLE

"You always get one or two people that aren't going to be saying nice things. It doesn't really bother me but you're always going to get a few people like that.

"Miss Ireland is really young and it is hurtful if someone says something horrible about you.

"She must have been so excited about winning and then for someone to say that, it's awful. You just have to ignore it," Georgia said.
