SHE will be led on to the dance floor by her new partner for the first time tonight on Strictly Come Dancing, but an exhausted Jenny Gibney just wants to get through her routine.
The 57-year-old star is no stranger to hard work on the set of Mrs Brown's Boys.
But its seems her other half, Brendan O'Carroll, doesn't put her through her paces the way her on-screen dance partner does.
"I'm exhausted. I'm shattered. I've never been so tired in my entire life," she said after a training session.
Even after a year which included a Hollywood debut and a sold-out live tour, Jenny was struggling to keep up with the demands of learning to dance like a pro. Tonight she will attempt to jive along to one of this summer's biggest anthems, Pharell Williams' Happy.
But rather than focusing on impressing the notoriously tough judging panel with Bruno Tonioli at the helm, Jennifer is just interested in getting to the end of it.
"If I get through it start to finish that'll do me," she said.
Jenny will be flying the Irish flag tonight as she takes to the dance floor with Bray native Tristan MacManus.
"Tristan has got the patience of a saint," she said.
