Missing mum and tot found safe in Dublin
A MOTHER and her three-year- old daughter, who went missing in Liverpool earlier this week, have been found safe and well in Dublin.
Two other missing people, a 37-year-old woman from Athlone and a teenager from Crumlin, Dublin, have still not been found.
Police in the UK launched a "high-risk" missing person search for 30-year-old Laura Halligan and her daughter Grace when they went missing on Wednesday.
Laura has a medical condition and there were fears this would deteriorate if she was not treated. Merseyside police discovered she had travelled with Grace on the ferry from Holyhead to Dublin but made no contact with family.
This morning, police confirmed that the pair had been found safe in Dublin through "inquiries by gardai".
Meanwhile, Winnie, the distraught mother of Marie Greene (37) said she believed her daughter had been abducted or killed.
Marie was last seen at her home in Athlone, Co Westmeath on Sunday night, while missing schoolgirl Jessica Maguire (15, pictured), from Thomas Moore Road in Walkinstown, was last seen at her home on Wednesday morning.
