Regional airline Stobart Air has suffered a blow with the departure of managing director Julian Carr just six months after he took on the role.
It's understood that Sean Brogan (right), Stobart Air's chairman, has stepped back into the day-to-day running of the airline and will now continue in that executive capacity. Formerly known as Aer Arann, Stobart Air is 45pc-owned by British transport group Stobart. Invesco owns 42pc. Stobart Air first invested in Aer Arann in 2010 and operates Aer Lingus Regional on a franchise basis.
