Lucia the real deal in property talent show

Brian Ormond delved into Dublin's property market this week to find a real gem with true potential.

The RTE star was master of ceremonies at the Dublin's Got Talent concert, which consisted entirely of employees of firms in Dublin's property sector.

The winning performer was Lucia Mangan from Premier Property Maintenance.

More than 400 people attended the event at the Ballsbridge Hotel. It was organised to raise funds for the Childhood Cancer Foundation. The concert was hosted by estate agents Savills.

The You're A Star presenter introduced a range of performers who thrilled the audience with their versions of musical classics such as Mustang Sally by The Commitments, Sunshine of Your Love by Cream, and Skinny Love by Bon Ivor.

The line-up included a mime artist and dancers from the Jane Shorthall Dance School.

The judging panel included Paul Houlihan, also known as Dermot Brown from Mrs Brown's Boys, and Paul Brennan, who plays Tony Tormey in Fair City.

Childhood Cancer Foundation was set up by family members of children affected by cancer. It seeks to reduce confusion and fear when a cancer diagnosis is received.

The foundation works to spread awareness of childhood cancer problems, the difficulties of treatment, and the handling of long-term side effects. It also seeks to increase funding for research and improved treatment methods and to reduce feelings of isolation.
